Whaaaat

Binged last night on 3 bowls of cereal, 5 packets of crisps, 4 crackers and a big slice fruit cake. I say last night, this was 3am!!! becuz I was so hungry I couldnt sleep. Purged it all obviously, minus two of the bowls of cereal maximum.

so i think i digested about 600cals tops!! weighed myself this morn. . .

THANKGOD!! im exactly the same 107.4 :-)!!!

Then, I binge today 2 as I felt I hadnt binged on what I wanted to, things like icecream, mcdonalds, cake. wotever. so I purge again, a good purge lets be fair. but yeah im done. so over it.

Cant bare the abc anymore, as a girl has 2 sleep n i dont wana binge at frickin 3am agen!! so doing 500cals a day (startin Tues) for a week now! as i no sum1 else did this after wk 1 of the abc :-) xx

ABC Day 7: 300cals

God, my head was going crazy last night, I couldn't stop thinking about eating cereal! various types! cuz I love cereal lol!! stayed in bed though :-)
Another awesome day, even if I do say so myself. I'm not exercising but when I exercise on the ABC I get so hungry and end up binging! so yeah. . .

Intake:
v. small bowl unsweetened muesli, skimmed milk: 150
2 eggwhite(30), 1egg omlette (90): 120
sprinkle of pepper and onion: 10
advent calendar choc: 18
sugar free squash: 2
TOTAL: 300cal

Amazing how you can make your intake bang on the mark!! getting good at this!! 107 exact here I come my official weigh in and measurements 2mz morn!! when I wake up 2moro, I'll have done week 1 of the ABC!! :-D!! xx

I can't help weighin myself. . .gr8 news!

Sun 1pm: stepped on the scales, 107.4 lbs!! and my body fat is down to 16%! booya!!

Thats 9lbs lost on the ABC so far, in 6days!!
My official weigh in is Monday (tomorrow!) but I couldn't help myself!

Have had to change all my target weights accordingly, so tomorrows target has gone from 110 originally to 107!! - figure the .4 will drop off tonight lol!

The 14th - 104, The 21st (aka the meeting!)- 101?! would be great to be there in like 2 weeks!! aaah!!

ABC Day 6: 200cals

Ok, woke up, was weak. Waited aslong as I possibly could before eating, got to 1pm :-). Then had training 3.30 till 7pm! gah! took some pro plus to help me though!. . .
I did great!!!

Intake:
Apple: 65cals
Toast, no crust: 60cal
Teaspoon of tomato puree on it: 10cal
Weight watchers yoghurt: 58cal
Sugar Free Jelly: 4cal
Diet Coke and sugar free squash: 3cal
TOTAL: 200cal

Hungry tonight but I'm fighting through. 300cal 2moro, sounds like such a treat for me. I can't w8 lol, and 400 Monday!! woo!!xx

Day 5 ABC 100cals

Went out last night so couldnt update yday!
Heres what I ate yday:

Intake:
2 Egg Whites: 30cal
Small Plain salad: 50cal
Advent Choc: 18cal
Diet Cokex2: 2cal
TOTAL: 100cal!

So far so good!!xx

Fri morn motivation weigh in

So I like to weigh myself every other day to make sure I'm seeing results and keep me on track. I hopped on the scales at 12 when I got up . . .

109.4 lbs!!!!

I've done 4 days of the ABC and lost 7 lbs exactly?! hows that possible?! I know we have water weight but I've always been told this was 4lbs, and when I've done ABC before I exercised my ass off and didn't loose this much?! FRICKIN LOVIN IT!!

ABC Day 4: 400cals

Day 4 400cals
Intake:
Muller Light: 98cals
2 calendar chocs (18 each): 36cals
Chicken Breast: 110cal
Assorted Veg: 100cal
4 Spoons of thick gravy: 50cal? to be sure!
Pepsi max: 1cal
TOTAL: 395 cal

The chicken and veg really filled me up to, and even though its 6.30pm here I know I'm done eating for today so posting a little earlier tonight. So far so good, but tomorrow is a test, 100cals and 2hrs training. Will be tough xx

ABC Day 3: 300cals

WOW!!! I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH MYSELF!! check this out. . .

I had to go to an xmas dinner, 3 course or 2 course, I obviously ordered 2 courses (no dessert thank u!). A load of freshly cooked bread was infront of me. . .I resisted!!. . .The starter tandoori chicken, came out, it was literally a small amount of chicken breast on lettuce with a yoghurt dip, I didn't touch the dip obviously! I looked at tandoori chicken packets from tesco, and I estimate my starter to be only 140cals maximum!

Main came out. . .turkey! 2 slices of it, stuffing, 3 roast potatoes, pig in blanket (which I hate anyway lol) boiled potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots (aka cooked in OIL!), and green beans!. . .

I gave away. . .ALL my potatoes, my pig in blanket, my stuffing, had no parsnips or carrots, and gave away HALF my turkey!!

I looked like a twat cuz I had a slice of turkey and some green beans but I tell you, I felt great!! So I estimate that meal to be 160 cal maximum! (110 for turkey, 30 for beans, 20 for splash of gravy!)

Then I sat through watching people eat various desserts, and offering them round, did I have any? NOPE!! woo!!

So Intake:
Tandoori Chicken and lettuce: 140cal
Slice of turkey and beans: 160cal
TOTAL: 300cal!!

FUCKING GET IN!! xx

Woah, love the ABC. . .grrr, hate my mum!

Firstly, I wake up this morning (its now day 3 of the ABC) and think I'll just weigh myself to see if I've lost 2lb yet, thinking I'd be back to 114. I hopped on the scales, 111.8 !!! I was so relieved!! I'm back at 8 stone which is where I should be really as thats been my weight for months!!

So happy, thats 4lbs in 2 days?! 2days!! crazy. I know 3lbs will be water weight, but who gives a damn! lol. confident I can get to 110 for my official weigh in Monday now, thats only 2lbs in like 4days!

Secondly, I went ASDA shopping with mum. pissed me right off. shes going round grabbing a FUCK LOAD, seriously loads, of chocolate and crisps, I'm talking a 1kg tub of celebrations for me and my sis, 2 tubs of pringles, shes then asking me what flavour pringles I want. . so I reply, I don't want any, nor do I want a tub of celebrations so can we put it back? She goes 'no, its christmas'. . .and I thought in my head ''your fucking daughter with an eating disorder is asking you to put the shitty fat foods back and thats your reply'' is she ignorant or what?! shes knows I'm bulimic and fills the house with shit!!?

She also bought enough ingrediants to make 3 fruit cakes!! 3?! there massive aswell, and my favourite when she makes them. but fuck that shit. I'm not touching anything. its really pissed me off and now I'm on a rage strike lol so I'm not touching any of her evil foods!! rant over xx

ABC day 2: 500cals or less

Brill day again!! I'm surprisingly full and its 6pm and I have training 7 till 9 so will burn 200cals atleast!! :-)

Intake
V. small bowl of unsweetened muesli, skimmed milk: 150cal (maximum!)
Muller Light: 85cal
Satsuma: 45cal
TOTAL: 280 cal!!

The reason I've gone under on the last 2 days (saving over 400cals!) is cuz I have a meal to go to tomorrow and its supposed to be a 300cal day, so I'm allowing myself and extra 100cals so I can have a total of 400cals, got it all planned, I need that 400cal else I can barely eat nethin and pple will get arsy lol.


THE CHALLENGE: have a 20day challenge with a friend, we have to both drop 10/11 lbs by the 21st of December, and we are meeting each other then!! So I HAVE to be 105lbs!! doable, but will be tough!! not if i stick to the ABC though!! 20days, sounds easy right?? . . .we will see. . .xx

Obviously happy with that, staying in bed now and not moving so I can't eat anymore!
Just got back from the cinema, watched Twilight New Moon. . .LOVED it!! love Edward Cullen! mmm!! although Jacob has a hot body! But personally I'm a big fan of Edward!
Also have this slight attraction to Dr Carlisle Cullen!! think its cuz hes so damn nice etc!! haha xx

OMG!!!! the consequences of binging!

Totally my fault for being a greedy bint. . .I almost died on the scales just now!!

I can't believe it. . .116lbs!!! ARGH!!!!! fasting today cuz thats disgusting for me.

I'm still in actual shock. ABC starts today and thats totally pushed me on with it. Told myself I am completing ATLEAST 2 weeks!! need to be back to 7st 7 for xmas day!!

Crap, I'm actually gutted I'm 116, havn't been that for almost a year!!x

What a cock!

ARRRGGGGHHHH!!

the last 2 days I have been such a wankshaft its ridic!!
I can't even use serious words else I'll be on such a downer!
I'm not posting what I've eaten becuz quite frankly, its major embarrassing, fat and disgusting.
So I'm startin the ABC, last time I did this I only made it to day 6 but I lost 5lbs! so im determined to make it further this time!

I have a 'christmas meal' on weds though so thats major annoying! but im goin to fast tomorrow or tues so I can swap day 1/2 for day 3, if that makes sense.
So insted of, 500 or less, 500 or less, 300. I'll do sumit like fast, less than 500, less than 500. shouldn't make ne difference jus swapping intakes for 2 days or woteva.

So updating my side bar with my CW tomorrow morning, which im dreading!! and I start a proper abc diet 2moro. xx

Friday 27th!

After majorly binging last nyt, and in the early hours of the morning (on more cereal and cheese and crackers! eurgh! at 5am!?) I knew I had 2 fast 2day!

So Intake:
0 cals!!

HOWEVER!! it reaches 11.15pm?! I'm alone, bored and a bit hungry. Eat 2 lil microwave pizzas but left some (700cal) a big bowl of cereal (300cal) and 2 slice of toast covered in margarine (300cal) then a yoghurt (150cal) eurgh!!

Tried purging all I could do was the yoghurt, so I dunno what the hell thats about?!

So intake actually is 1,600cal!! *shoot me now* x

Weds and Thurs!

Woah, what a couple of days!. . .

Firstly, I successfully fasted yesterday, so no food or drink all day. Because I was going out with mates so knew I'd have to drink. I don't know how much I consumed in alcoholic calories, but I know it was less than 1,500 so I would of burnt then off during the day.

Then I got so drunk, I ended up on my own. (my friend got kicked out!) I had lost my purse, with all my money, bank cards, drivers license, and student ID etc!! and my phone!! so couldn't get anywhere or contact anyone.

And because I was visiting my mate, I didn't even know where I was?! So its not like I could of walked back or anything. I ended up in a police car, luckily they were well nice and took me back to my friends in the police car!! God knows how because I couldn't remember where she lived?!

Anyway then I got a parking ticket?!!? £50!!! ffs!!! really tops the day off!!

Then today I've been feeling so sick because I woke up still really drunk! The plus is I've barely ate anything? If thats even a plus!?

Today:
Half a soup: 80
Slice of bread: 120
Muller Light: 100
TOTAL: 300cals

And I feel ill again now so I'm done for the day, its 7pm anyway so that can be my dinner. xx

EDIT: EW!! i fucking binged on cereal, pasta, garlic bread, and chocolate!!! FUCKSAKE!! I am so fat!! purged some but not a big amount. ffs.

Tues 24th!

Realised I have to fast tomorrow because I'm going out drinking so will use my calories there and I train today so will burn off 200cals atleast. So today I've had:

Bowl of Cheerios (skimmed milk) 200cal
Muller light: 85cals
Clementine: 45cals?
TOTAL: 330 cals

I'm done for today now, not hungry. . .well I wasn't when I ate that stuff anyway, I was just bored. I'm so glad I didn't turn it into a binge though :-)

Fast tomorrow because I'm drinking at night, and Thurs can be another low cal day, under 400cals. xx

New Blog. . . .

Following a couple of you on this, going to start blogging daily in the hope it will keep me in check a little bit more!! Stuffs got waaay out of control again and it's really getting to me.

Here's a great example: TODAY!
In the library, trying to work, all I could think about was food, I ate:
Massive cheese salad baguette
Bag of Walkers Sensations
Giant Double Chocolate Muffin
Massive flapjack
Snickers
Went to the library toilets to purge, could barely get anything up, so I drank more water and some lilt.
Went different toilets to purge, got up more.

Came home, had a:
2 Satsumas
Chicken burger and chips
Bowl of cereal
Tub of ben and jerries
Whole family sized lemon loaf with cream
Whole terrys chocolate orange
2 bags of ready salted walkers

Purged in the toilet with the shower running. and here I am, in bed, feeling bloated and fat. fat. fat. fat.

so tomorrow is a new day, I'm aiming for a fast. I'll let you know how it goes! xx
